Cookies: Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

We collect personal information that is necessary for the provision of our services, specifically related to job advertisements, we may also use this information to contact you. The types of personal information we collect may include:
- Contact information (such as name, email address, and phone number)
- Company details (such as clinic name, address, logo, clinic details and contact information)
- Personal information (such as qualification, date of qualification, resume and cover letter)
- Job vacancy details (such as job description, qualifications, and requirements)
- Other information provided in the job advertisement or within applications.
- We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through any device via Google Analytics (including browser type, browser version, ISP location)

- We use a third party service ‘One Signal’ to collect device ID required to send push notifications.
- We use a third party service ‘Stripe’ to take payments, if you opt to have credit card details saved for future use this is stored by them. Please refer to Stripes Privacy Policy for more information on this.

- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To facilitate the functioning of the Service (sending applicants information to vet clinics when applying for a job and providing vet clinic details to applicants)
- To manage Your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.
- To contact You: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

- For Clinic Employers: Job seekers who have applied to your job vacancies
- For Job Seekers: Clinic employers or recruiters seeking to fill job vacancies

- Law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any third parties who receive your personal information are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
